What we collect

• Order details: name, email, billing details, and the app URL and description you enter at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send to hello@vibepatchers.com.
• Engagement access: the repository and limited database access you grant us for the work.

How we use it

Only to deliver the service you bought, to communicate with you about it, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your code or data to train AI models.

How we handle your code and data

• We work with the least access we need, and we never ask for master keys.
• Any copies of your code or data are kept only for the length of the engagement.
• After delivery we remove our access (please also revoke the GitHub invite and the database role) and delete our copies of your code and data. We keep only the report and order records.

Service providers

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding), GitHub (code collaboration), and our email provider.

Your choices

To access or delete your information, email hello@vibepatchers.com. We keep order records only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
