Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms cover services bought from VibePatchers (“we”, “us”) through vibepatchers.com. Buying a service means you agree to them. Questions: hello@vibepatchers.com.
1. Services and scope
- Rescue ($149 flat): fixes and verifies the security issues we agree on for one app, up to about 10 database tables and 1 webhook. Typical issues are Supabase row-level security, leaked keys, Stripe webhook verification, auth and deploy problems. If your app needs more than that, we tell you before starting and quote a flat price for the extra work. We never charge it without your OK.
- Launch Kit Starter ($299): domain + DNS, Stripe checkout, auth hardening, and legal page templates.
- Launch Kit Full ($499): everything in Starter, plus analytics, landing page polish, a deploy pipeline, and a 30-day bug-fix window for issues in the work we delivered.
- Work is delivered as changes to your repository (normally a pull request) plus, for a Rescue, a written before/after verification report.
2. Access and timing
You give us access through a GitHub repository invite and a limited database role. We target delivery within 48 hours after we have working access. Delays caused by missing access or information pause that clock.
3. Refunds
If we can’t deliver a passing verification report for the agreed scope, you get a full refund. If you cancel before we start work, you also get a full refund. Once a passing report has been delivered, the service is complete and not refundable.
4. What we do and don’t guarantee
Our report shows the specific checks we ran and their results at the time of delivery. We don’t guarantee anything beyond the verified scope. That includes other tables, functions, storage, third-party services, settings changed in dashboards, and code you change after delivery. No security review can promise an app is free of every vulnerability.
5. Your responsibilities
- Rotating leaked keys is your responsibility. If we find exposed secrets, we tell you which keys to rotate and how. Removing a key from code doesn’t make it safe again.
- Reviewing and merging our changes, keeping backups, and running your production systems.
- Having the right to give us access to the code and data you share.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
